Dead Space is a survival horror video game series created by Glen Schofield, developed by Visceral Games and published by Electronic Arts

Small papercraft model mounted on a wooden base, covered in liquid latex to give a dripping effect, then painted black and sprayed with gloss PlastiKote.

Same papercraft model but on a much bigger scale.  Printed interior so you don't see any white when looking in, and large holes for light to shine through.
